Caleb was amazing, made my experience a breeze. Had a fantastic experience working with Caleb! I came into the store and he immediately greeted me and was super helpful. I explained that I was looking for a special watch for my upcoming wife's birthday and he immediately got to work! He followed up much sooner than expected and I am happy to say that I was able to purchase the exact timepiece that I wanted with plenty of time! The delivery experience was wonderful as well. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for Caleb!

I was discriminated against and asked multiple questions about my job and why I moved to Texas at this location I was so uncomfortable then the sales guy refused to assist. I couldn’t even put the watch I wanted on wait list and all I wanted was a basic simple watch! I recommend no minority of any race or color ever shop here. Only person who was polite was the security guards who greeted me then the lady when we walked in. Shop somewhere else they don’t deserve the business!

I had an exceptional experience at this boutique , and it was all thanks to Kari Mesh. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the watches, it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me. The attention to detail and level of professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable. Walked in the store 02/17/24 with the intention to put my husband’s name on their waitlist for his first Rolex watch and walked out of the store with the exact specs that he like. We were not even expecting to get a watch that day! The SA that helped us is Khoa, he is very nice, personable and straightforward. I have been wanting to get my husband a brand new Rolex watch for his 40th birthday and also to celebrate our 10 yrs wedding anniversary. He’s a great husband and dad to our 2 kids and I wanted to give him something special. The mint green DJ in oyster is what he wanted and Khoa from Rolex Boutique in Dallas made it happen for us! Prior to this we have visited 3 ADs and were told by one of them that for us to even get to be considered to be sold a date just that we have to buy an Omega first which left a bad taste in my husband’s mouth about luxury shopping.. Others told us for DJ with blue dial is 9 mos wait and mint green even longer.. This place is highly recommended! Very professional and accommodating!!

I've never purchased a watch before nor do I know anything about them. I initially walked in inquiring about a watch which is many many years out of reach, but was quickly presented an assortment of other pieces to try on. Working with Joey was an absolute treat, his passion and enthusiasm for what he does is very evident. While trying on different pieces he walked me through and educated me about each one and to my surprise I actually found a piece that I enjoyed much more than the initial watch I inquired about.

He handed me a book and magazine to do "homework" to really dial in what I was looking for as each one I tried on had a different aspect that I liked. It didn't take long, the weight and the feel of the submariner just felt right, I was looking for a "Swiss army knife" of a watch, one I can wear in any occasion and this just seemed like the perfect fit. I came in the next day to fill out a "wish" and will be patiently waiting for one to come in.

Edit: I felt the need to share after seeing some reviews stating they were discriminated against due to their clothing and race. I cannot speak for anyone else, but my girlfriend and I are hispanic, and we both came in wearing gym clothes and sneakers. We were treated very kindly and was given undivided attention to purchase a watch.
