I arranged for a car to pick my wife and I up at the train station in Milan and then give us a tour around the city. Everything was fine until my train from Switzerland to Milan broke down and I was stuck at the train station in Switzerland and could not make it to Milan. Wifi was not good, but I was able to get an email off notifying the company of the problem with the train and when I could again get good wifi I called them and they told me the driver was waiting for me and then they accused me of lying and that my train did arrive. They charged me the full rate of 300 euro for doing nothing.

I told them half the rate would be fair as they did have to secure a driver and it wasn't their fault the train was delayed. But they chose to show no compassion or compromise. Felt I was lying and took my money. I would not risk using them in the future.
