IC Bellagio provided us with the most amazing 11 days in Italy! The experiences they designed for us and people we met through them along the way were so special! We would absolutely recommend IC Bellagio to anyone looking to plan a trip to Italy! Their service was unmatched! I booked a villa at Bellagio (Italy) through Rbnb Luxe from May 7 to My 12th. After the booking was confirmed, I was directed to IC Bellagio to coordinate prearrangements and usual adminstrative matters for our stay. And the mess started:

- about one month before the trip they were either hacked or an inside person tried to get the payment from me again. Of course, I did not pay and reported it. Up to now no explanation nor excuses received.

- Bellagio offered me some help. I asked for the reservation for a restaurant, a booking for an in-house chef in the villa and 2 single trips with a taxi boat (2.7 km each). I received a quotation for 3.032 €.......

- According to our final arrangements I was supposed to have a dedicated person (so called ambassador) joinable 24/per day to assist us for any problems. On day, 1 I phoned her to make an appointment with the key holder. Answer: a tape message redirected me to another person. Day 3, my ambassador sent me a message to ask which menu I wanted for the in-house meal. The menu was chosen and confirmed 3 weeks before our trip to Creta. Day 5 afternoon: Ambassador called me to ask if I need help.

- During all my trip I have never seen anybody from the agency

Finally we had a wonderful stay at the villa. We only had a contact with the owner who was a wonderful host.

I cannot say enough good things about IC Bellagio. My husband and I just returned from an amazing trip in Italy and the success of the trip was due to IC Bellagio. Our private tours were done by knowledgeable and intelligent guides, all of our transfers by car were with wonderful drivers, and the experiences themselves were unique and exciting. They also provided an “ambassador” that was there for us 24/7 to fix any problems. They really created the perfect itinerary. I would absolutely recommend IC Bellagio.

We put down a large deposit for a trip that we were so excited about. Then everything shut down due to Covid. They have refused to refund our money and keep saying we can travel in 2021, now 2022. With masks, mandates and unanswered questions, we are still not comfortable with traveling. We did have our son use them for his honeymoon and they had a great trip. Just hope we are able to get our money back.
