Worst experience ever getting an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change only because I had received a $9.99 coupon in the mail (after taxes and "shop fees" the oil change comes out to $43) and only went because of the coupon. I waited patiently for my vehicle and drove it home. A few moments later I went to go run some errands and I received the alert on my vehicle. Luckily I was right by my home and was able to park it on the driveway. Trying to figure out what happened I popped the hood to discover that smoke was coming out and looked underneath and the car was leaking oil continuously and substantially. I called the dealership to let them know what happened trying to keep my emotions at bay and they told me to call a tow truck to take it back to the shop. Mind you I took a day off from work to get my oil changed in the morning and run errands. I had to find a tow truck myself, call, and wait for them to pick me up to take me back to the dealership. I finally found a tow truck and was taken back to the dealership. The service advisor who I dealt with Coby was more than helpful and apologetic. I understand it was not the service advisors fault and was not upset at him. The dealership did take care of me by giving me a loaner car while the issue got fixed. A few days later I was notified that my vehicle was ready and went on my lunch break to pick it up. The employee doing my oil change did not put the oil filter back on all the way. This is beyond basics 101. I always change my oil myself and make sure everything is tightened all the way. As I mentioned I only took it because of the coupon. I inspected the vehicle and there still was oil spilled inside my vehicle. I was told to come back a few days later and it would be ready. I was assured the vehicle would be cleaned again (this is a hybrid vehicle so it should not be pressure washed directly). I came back again to discover that the retaining clips for the skid plate were not all attached. The skid plate was sagging. I questioned this and was told this was normal. Once again basics 101. The vehicle was taken back to the shop and the clips were put on.

Furthermore I was assured the mess in front of my driveway would be cleaned up. Someone came out once with a rag to wipe it down. Beyond unbelievable. 3 weeks have gone by and the large oil stain is still in front of my house. I take great pride in maintaining my vehicle and house and see how this dealership treats people.

I will be posting this further on other social media sites and the next step will be to get in contact with the actual owners of the dealership. I am sure they would be more than happy to hear my disappointing experience.

The bumper started falling apart. They claimed to have the parts in stock. I came and waited for losing money from my job, $75 per day penalty and if I go 10 days without working. That's an additional $1,000 contract penalty. Now I'm driving back to Austin Texas with a damaged vehicle because the dealership said they had it in stocks and give them a day or two to paint. First I went in, it was a clip that wasn't there. Then they claimed it was they replaced. Not even the next morning a passenger of mine said wow, it's broken again. This is embarrassing driving passengers having to tell me a brand new vehicle with a few miles on it is damaged from the factory. Worst mistake ever, buying an Infiniti. A clip wasn't replaced, it was glued together. Now they're trying to use aftermarket parts? Why am I getting after market parts for a brand new car? I work in Austin, an hour and a half to two hour drive depending on traffic and time of day. I severely regret buying an Infiniti over a Lexus.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord from Grubbs Infiniti, as it was one of the top vehicles they recommended. Unfortunately, my experience over the past 2 ½ months has been disappointing.

First, I was given multiple different dates for when my first payment was due, which caused confusion and led to my payment being late. After just a month of owning the car, I experienced a punctured tire. While this was understandable, I was surprised that I had to pay nearly $200 for a replacement tire.

During the tire replacement, I raised concerns about the key fob, as the key they provided opened the car but did not actually start it. I spoke with Carlos, who assured me that he would call back to schedule an appointment for a new key. I also requested a battery test due to concerns about the voltage. I was told everything was fine, but just a few weeks later, before my scheduled oil change, the battery gave out. This resulted in me having to use my insurance three times in two days to get the car to the dealership.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that a new battery would cost $400 with a two-year warranty, which I found unreasonable, especially considering I had already purchased an extended warranty that, conveniently, did not cover the battery. To make matters worse, I was told that I needed to go to a Honda dealership to get a new key, as Grubbs Infiniti could not assist with it.

Due to the battery issue and the incorrect key, I was unable to access my vehicle to jump-start it. Overall, my experience with Grubbs Infiniti has been very unsatisfactory. The lack of communication, unresolved issues, and poor service have led me to regret my decision to purchase from this dealership. I cannot recommend buying a used vehicle here, and based on my experience, I would advise considering other options, particularly if you’re not purchasing an Infiniti. Overall Yesenia Martinez and Carlos Gonzalez both service advisors and they did not address my concerns since the first visit and it’s very unlikely they’ll address yours . After being here for 3 hours they didn’t even do the oil change. 3 hours to test a battery. Just for Yesnia to leave on lunch after lying saying I never said anything about the oil change when it was the first thing I said and reason I scheduled appointment
