Wonderful apartment with good food and restaurants within walking distance. Ferry terminal is also walking distance away. Ettore's father picked us up from the train station and helped with the check-in process. Ettore was responsive and gave clear instructions. Recommend if you are visiting and staying in Varenna.

We had an amazing experience here. The location was perfect. It was right in the center of town, and the space was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, Ettore was so kind and hospitable. He even picked us up from the train station. Also, we had some train delays and phone networking issues, and Ettore was so patient and helpful to us. We would love to return!

My family and I stayed here this July and it was the perfect apartment for our stay on Lake Como. Incredibly close to all the key Varenna restaurants, lakeside walks and shops. Also a close walk to the ferry for exploring towns outside Varenna. The eclectic Italian details made our stay in this apartment feel authentic and absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend 🇮🇹✨

Excellent located apartment. Very comfortable and spotless. Very attentive owner who keeps in touch via Whatsapp. His dad kindly picked us up from the train station on arrival. Just be mindful if travelling with kids or elderly that you have to navigate quite a few stairs.

Superb loft apartment in the heart of Varenna.
Downtown Varenna had everything we needed for our stay. Ettore was outstanding in his communication with us, always responding quickly and ever so helpful. Will definitely be back to enjoy the warmer months in Varenna and Lake Como.

If you are looking to stay in Varrena, especially with children, this is the perfect place. It is spacious, modern and even has AC! The bed and pull out couch are both comfortable. It has one of the best showers I’ve ever had and the loft bedroom makes for a great set up. The location is great, right in the heart of town with about a half dozen restaurants mere steps away. It is close to the ferry station and though the train station is .4 miles away we got picked up by Ettore’s father. We walked with all of our luggage upon leaving to the train station. It was tough but do-able. My only complaint is that the washing machine didn’t work well (even though we followed the instructions). There’s no dryer. If you need to do laundry there is a public washer and dryer down the stone steps to the right as you exit the apartment. Thank you Ettore for the amazing stay!
