This place has some great stuff, but I feel like it’s pretty overpriced still. You’ll find some good deals and other things are just the same as if you went to Amazon. It feels a little unsafe. I guess they have a lot of theft. The employees are not super friendly, but the place is pretty organized and clean, lots of weird people in the parking lot. I feel like they probably should just have a security out there as well. I like finding a deal, but I also like feeling safe at the same time.

I came 30 + minutes to check out the store. I have my support animal with paperwork but was denied entry with her. This is BS. She is a support animal that is well behaved,but because I don't have her vest on 24/7. Their loss,because I came to shop,and I will give my business to DD'S Discount instead!

Very organized store compared to the previous business that was at this location before. Prices are fair but not the greatest. You'll find brand name sneakers for a good price . Lots of open boxed items from Amazon and Walmart other online / warehouse returns . I was only there briefly and didn't find anything I really liked but saw other people loading up their shopping carts.

Large store layout. Location use to be a Kmart. Then Treasue Hunt came in. Now Crazy Boss chain is now occupying this location. They have some deals on items mainly clothes & shoes. Some things are priced a little on the high side. Some household items. Display case has electronics and other gadgets along with fashion jewelry. They have a small section for more formal and dressy long dresses. The fitting rooms are open. One thing to remember that is important. They do not take returns. NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final. Parking is plentiful.

This is a decent store for anyone that likes shopping for deals. Unfortunately, the security guard is extremely rude and needs more training on how to deal with customers. I shopped at DDs Discounts located in the same shopping center & I had one bag with me, along with my receipt. Upon entering Crazy Boss, the security guard (loudly) told me that I must leave my bag on the shelf near the exit. I questioned who would be responsible for my bag? He said I must leave it because it’s store policy. I had my receipt from DDs Discount store and I got dropped off at shopping center, therefore, I had no way to leave it in my car. I decided to leave and not shop at Crazy Boss because I didn’t want to risk losing my purchased items by neglecting my bag at the front of the store. This policy is somewhat understandable, but they need a better method to ensure no one will have access to the bags left on the shelf near the exit. Will the store reimburse me for my stolen or misplaced items? This is a huge concern and discourages me from returning.

Such perfect gifts, and goody good" prices. Some missing, if fooled with in store( missing pillow cases). Coming back again. Not furniture store, but chairs. Nice accessortment!

If I'm ever in a pinch and need something to wear, a gift, or just because my house needs to be spruceed up, I head to Crazy boss first. It's grown and I love the pricing. Never had any issues, and since the cost is so low, it's not that big of a deal to resell something that didn't fit. Organized well. Customer service is wonderful! Here are some of the things I have purchased (not the fur coats, just the dresses)!

My family and I drove 50 minutes to stop and buy some items at Crazy Boss, but when we arrived at 6:40 PM, the security guard locked the door and refused to let us in and let us speak to the manager. He was curt and rude, turning our business away. I strongly recommend that you train your staff to provide better customer service.
