Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Annerette and her team. We booked the new boat with the cream leather seats which was spotless and carefully taken care of. Our captain Daniele, being a local, was extremely knowledgeable about the history and significance of all the areas and buildings around the lake. We were also afforded time to visit Villa Balbianello off the boat to experience the beautiful cliff-side gardens. Annerette cannot do enough to make your experience wonderful, she is extremely friendly, caring, willing to do anything to reassure you if you are booking from abroad like we did, and she has the most infectious personality, passionate about what she does. We had an excellent experience scheduling with Anna and doing our private boat tour of Lake Como with Captain Igor. They created an itinerary for us to see all of the must-see and hidden gems of the area. When we became ill and couldn’t make our original date/time, they were wonderful with understanding and being flexible with squeezing us in on another day/time before our trip ended. We were able to enjoy a beautiful boat tour, mostly empty lake, and even swim for a while. It was the perfect way to enjoy the lake before we left. It was very convenient that Captain Igor could be flexible with where we were picked up and dropped off. We are so thankful to have worked with Anna and Captain Igor!
